1. Time Remaining
What is this error?
This error is a soft ban from Twitter that will prevent you to: follow, like and retweet for a specific time frame.
When does this happen?
This error usually happens when you ramp up your follow executions and, in most cases when your account is brand new.
Your account can be exceeding Twitter following limits or have changed the following/unfollowing patterns in the last few days.
Is this harmful to my account?
No, as long as you have a valid phone number and email associated with your account.
How long does it last?
Even though Twitter declares that this soft ban lasts three days, most cases last between 4-24 hours.
What should I do?
Nothing, wait for your account to be re-established.
In the meantime, prevent attempting actions (follows/unfollows/likes/retweets) or changing any information from your account (profile picture, cover, email, phone number, etc.)

2. Verify Phone Number + reCAPTCHA
What is this error?
This error is a soft ban from Twitter that will prevent you from accessing your account until you complete a phone number validation and Google reCAPTCHA challenge.
When does this happen?
This error usually happens when you drastically increase your follow, unfollow, likes, or retweet actions.
Your account can be exceeding Twitter following limits or have changed the activity patterns in the last few days.
Is this harmful to my account?
No, as long as you have a valid phone number and email associated with your account.
How long does it last?
This Twitter limit will last until you complete the phone number validation and the reCAPTCHA challenge.
What should I do?
If you have access to the phone number associated with your account, go ahead and complete the verification process.
If you don’t have access to the phone number associated with your account, you’ll have to complete a Twitter appeal and wait for Twitter’s team to contact you to proceed with the verification.
In the meantime, you won’t have access to your account.
At this point, we’ve seen cases that recover the account, and we’ve seen Twitter accounts that weren’t able to recover it.
If you don’t proceed with the verification in the next 10-20 days, Twitter will definitively suspend your account.
3. Violating rules against certain regulated goods or services.
What is this error?

When does this happen?
This error usually happens when you publish a tweet that infringes the Twitter policy on illegal or certain goods and services.

No, as long as you remove the tweet that is infringing the policy.
How long does it last?
This Twitter limit will last until you remove the tweet that is infringing the policy.
What should I do?
Open your account, delete the tweet, and wait until Twitter releases your account.
In the meantime, you won’t have access to your account.
